, You have a very special role in life. I would like to give you my

mother's e-mail address. She does not have CMT, but my dad (her husband)

does. She has dealt with a husband and a daughter with CMT. She is always

willing to share her experiences and knowledge with others.

My husband Bill helps me best by not expecting me to do the things I used to

be able to. He knows to try to keep stressful situations away from me. My

husband always takes my arm to help me keep my balance and he's learned not

to abandon me in stores or malls or at a picnic. My balance is not good and

I depend on him and my arm crutch (crutches). If your husband is in pain, be

understanding.... Try to rub his feet, or pull his toes in order to help

dull the pain.

This is only my opinion, and it has helped me. Jeanie

all appreciate.

Take care,
