Guest guest
Oh, I have RLS alright! Since I was 13 or 14 and I'm 56 now (or will be tomorrow!). I have been on Klonopin, which was helpful but was so hard to adjust the dosage to a level that would aid the RLS, but not leave me totally doped out in the a.m. That's when I moved to Trazodone. My dr also tried Ambien once, but might as well have taken a sugar pill. I've been on Trazadone for 8 years now and it has made my life bearable during that time, so I can't complain as to its effectiveness. But with this high a dosage, I have to be very careful and don't want to have to increase it any more. I plan to make an appointment with my dr. next week and discuss some changes. Thanks to all I've learned here (you are all so great!), I'm excited to try some of the newer medications.
Guest guest
, I'm up to 225 mg of Trazadone, although have just had to up the dosage from 150 after several years of use. After reading on this board for several weeks, I suppose I should be grateful that I to get to sleep, even tho it isn't restful sleep.
