Guest guest
I have found that at particular times of the day I am more vulnarable to over doing it and its mostly in the morning when I have my most energy.......around noon I start running down and can't quite get that morning energy back even if I take a nap. But I tend to over extend myself when I feel good and I don't seem to have to do much to get the hands and arms aching. I have noticed that when I am bending over doing anything my arms get to feeling really heavy and ache to the point I have to rub them to try and get it out. My forearms have also had the burning feeling in them just lately which I have never had this before in my arms only my feet and legs and hands....seems to be moving up on me HELP!! It feels like a sunburn does anyone else have this and if so what seems to set it off? Guest guest
My lower arms do the same thing if I've overused them.... Mainly my right arm because I'm right handed. If I make a cake and stir it by hand or hold a baby in my arms or carry my purse for very long, any of these can cause my arm or arms to burn...... Rubbing is what I do, also I get in the shower and use the pulsar show head on my lower arms.
