Tina:

I quit using a top sheet on my bed years ago because I was waking up in

the morning with the sheet all twisted around my body from the movements

during the night. Some mornings the entire sheet was in a ball on the

pillow next to me. Told my neurologist that the RLS

and PLMD would not kill me, but the top sheet might strangle me!.

Tina,

I have wondered about the top sheet too, seems like the blanket would be much

scratchier on the skin than the sheet. My problem is that I have a 115

Doberman who sleeps on my feet...I won't think it would matter if the legs

started to twitch what was touching them, all I care about is getting out from

under that lump at the foot of my bed!!

I got rid of my top sheet by using a white, 100% cotton comforter cover

(duvet). It's like encasing your blanket in a sheet, so you still have

the sheet layer but it's connected to the blanket. It works really well

for me, plus it's so easy to make the bed in the morning!

And , I make my 80 lb. Staffordshire terrier sleep with my son :^D

To Pam & All,

Some of the things you guys write to this group are hilarious!!! I

need a good chuckle once in awhile, everybody does, especially after

reading some of the very sad posts here!

The only good thing out of this whole darn

RLS @#$^*&@ is that it brought us all together....& I like that!

You guys are sure great!!!!!!!

Pam, your fight with the top sheet really cracked me up...... I've been

in that same dilemma many nights!!! And here I thought I was the only

one!!!

A good night to ALL

Meg, N.Y.
