Guest guest
Hi all, I have not written lately, am always listening....Chacne (6 yrs) woke up yesterday crying that his lower legs were hurting. It went on about all day. This morning, again, the same thing. He is fine if he is sitting or laying, but when he walks he is walking on his tippy-toes and his knees are bent outward. He says he cannot walk with his heel down b/c it hurt. Is this something others experience due to CMT? He told me that his legs have hurt there before, but never to this point. I am not sending him to school today, and am worried. He has a doctors appointment March 15 with a new dr. b/c the one he has now just says there is nothing that can be done, that it will progress..da da da....you know the story. So anyway what do I do until March 15. Yesterday when we left the house we had to carry him to the car b/c he was in so much pain getting down the stairs. amy
