Guest guest
Hi Gretchen, My gson, , will be 18 in Aug. He does not sleep either. Dr. told him he could take Tylenol PM every night. Especially when school is in session he takes it. I think it still takes him a while to get to sleep. He was diagnosed almost 6 yrs. ago w/ CMT. He has very long, narrow flat feet. 141/2 shoes. The insomnia must have something to do w/ nerves from the brain or something because of the CMT. It started w/ me in high school (insomnia). Take care, Pats
Guest guest
I've had some luck with melatonin, a hormone you can buy at many drugstores and health food stores. It supposedly helps regulate our sleep patterns. I find they're only good for 2-3 nights, then good again after a break. I'm going to use them when I go to Europe to re-establish sleepy time there. in Austin RNY April 1998 Insomnia > > > HELP. On my fourth or fifth day of insomnia. So tired I lost count. > Anybody have any ideas? Have tried the Benadryl thing, only made it > worse by making me feel like I was crawling out of my skin.
