Hi Becky and all,

Becky asked:

>Do your legs move unvoluntarily or do you move them because it >seems to

help the discomfort?

This is a very good question.

I have tried many times to " will " my legs to stay still while the crawlies

are at full speed. What ends up happening to me is the build up is

so severe that the legs move in a jerk like fashion. Did I will them

to move for relief? My answer is no. I believe the movement is a final

outlet that the legs have as a result of the build up of whatever the heck

is going on in the legs to begin with. If I don't want the build up of

crawlies to get bad, I'll purposely get up to avoid pain & discomfort.

The pain I feel is cramping that occasionally occurs. This is why I take

codeine, Paracodin Retard & muscle relaxants with codeine too; I alternate

these two. I am however on a codeine holiday while taking Ato B Calm. After

two nights of AtoB Calm, I have had great sleep and wake up quite refreshed

as well. Crossing my fingers , this

continues..... :-)

Hope this helps
