Guest guest
I don't know why, but talking about these " rectal " things is always difficult for me. I don't have any trouble discussing other things like menopause, PMS, hysterectomys, etc. I'll just have to get over it, as this is evidently something several of us seem to have in common. I don't really (but that doesn't mean it's not) believe it's RLS related. As to 's statement that for him it seemed to go away after elimination, I find the opposite, as this is when it often begins for me. Well, enough said. Just wanted to comment because it does help to know you're not the only one who has this and also good to know how this may differ with other folks. Guest guest
Well here is my two cents worth. I rarely had GI tract problems (except when drinking too much) until I developed rls. Then I had a GI bleed (probably from the pills I took for pain) and when I had the colonoscopy, all they found was " spasms " . Well why not, everything else either twitches or cramps. Now I carefully try to add fiber to my diet, and watch what I drink. Gosh, maybe this all goes with getting older, and is not rls related at all.
