Guest guest
Apologies to all for me not being more specific! When I said " all in the head " , I really did not mean to imply that the RLS symptoms are all in our heads. But that was exactly what my words said. Again...sorry! Nobody with RLS could EVER think the problem is all in their head. But when we head freaked out from the symptoms, when they are really bad and nothing seems to help, it seems that the mind is playing tricks. I know I have felt that way many times in past months, before the DHA, and thought, " I'm just wallowing in despair here, panicking, and it's my mind that is more problem than my legs " . And it's really hard to get a grip then and get calmed down. And, ordinarily, always. otherwise, I'm a very calm, organized sensible person. Again, sorry I misstated my meaning. am, AZ ___________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail.
