Guest guest
What feedback do any of you have on the effects of muscle relaxers (such as Soma) on RLS? , 25, Arkansas
Guest guest
, I took soma for about two months in the early days of my rls. I had also been diagnosed with some neck problems and had very tense muscles in my shoulder and arm. I didn't think the Soma helped all that much, either for the neck or leg pain. Also, it exacerbated my snoring considerably, making my sleep even worse. After I quit taking it one of the nurses I worked with said " Gee, you have your personality back " . It does have a sedating effect, which is bad if it is already on top of poor sleep. Jo from Mo
