TO MAKE THE SYMPTOMS WORSE> I AVOID THE SWEETS AFTER DINNER AND THEN THE

RLS ISN " T QUITE AS SEVERE AS IF I INDULGE IN THE LATE NIGHT GOODIES>

I " LL BE TRYING THE RUTIN AS SOON AS I GET MY HANDS ON SOME > I " LL COMMENT

ON THE RESULTS HERE WHEN I " VE TRIED IT

I APOLOGIZE FOR THE ALL CAPS _ MY KEYBOARD HAS GONE WACKO AND CHANGES

FROM CAPS TO LOWER AT WILL L_ I AM NO LONGER IN CONTROL!
