Guest guest
ne...and group. Not sure why the amount of letters are down. Yesterday's Digest was about four house late and today's came with only ne's letter. There were 3-4 more after mine that showed up in the Digest. They were ones from: 15. RLS: SEP response/rutin 16. Re: New Member From: EVANBAER@... 17. (rls support) Clarify-pet peeves From: Miklinkat@... 18. Re: RLS: SEP response/rutin 19. Re: Welcome I think we wore ourselves down with the recent anger that brewed. A word to the wise and the sleep deprived: When you are already low on energy, be careful to not expend your precious reserves unneccesarily. Wow, isn't THAT profound? LOL Glad you liked the feel of the Thumper. It's a real muscle pounder. Before buying one for $240, be sure to try Body Support System's website (go to bottom of the page to Thumper Mini Pro). http://www.bodysupport.com/merchandise/thumper_massager.html They advertise that it's $240, but on their ordering page it's $210 ($219 with shipping). That's where I got mine. But I recommend you call first and confirm the price. I would still like to know if the $60 one at Walgreens (which looks almost exactly the same and is made by Homemedics) is just as good. I'm going to run a bit of an experiment, today. I'll go buy the Homedics version, compare the two side-by-side, and then return the Walgreens one. Shhhhhhhhhh....don't turn me in, folks, I'm doing it for the sake of RLS research and I'll tell all of you the results. I've got a new " thing to keep you busy during an RLS attack " . Warning first, though: If you don't DO this thing, it just may CAUSE an RLS attack because of the anxiety caused from knowing you SHOULD do it. I saw something on TV that said to be sure to periodically clean your corrugated plastic hose that comes out of your clothes dryer. HUH? They said it can cause a house fire if it gets plugged up. You're supposed to clean those things? DUH! Well, I got on this cleaning jag, and ended up pulling the dryer out and thought, " Heck, why not? " I was sure it needed it, because ours comes out of the dryer for about an inch and then goes vertically straight up for one full story. (We've lived here 13 years and I've never cleaned this hose!) So I pulled the hose off. OH MY GOD!!! I dumped out two WADS of lint that were the width of the hose and about the thickness of a bird's nest. I then ran a garden hose down it from the outside to loosen any more wads near the top. Then I hooked it back up and turned on the dryer and went outside where it's vented to the outdoors. There was a third " lint nest " outside on the ground. Do you think this is why we were seeing lint squeezing between the wall boards on the middle floor of the house? Do you think my huge electric bill will be cut in half? Will my clothes dry in 1/3 the time? I was amazed!!!!! So....for your next middle of the night RLS attack, if you want a quiet little project...wear your grubbies and a dust mask(we're talking very fine nasty grey dust)...and do some fire-prevention.
