Guest guest
Thank you CoCo for your letter, yes I am taking enough antidepressant, I feel so much better than I did just a month ago. My Dr. has me taking the zoloft in the Morning and since it doesn't make me drowsy this seems to be working better for me. My legs are not as bad as they were before he increased the dose. I am still on xanax and I am supposed to take it PRN (as needed) but I need it every night. I see him again in a week or two and we will see what he wants to try then. Jodi, becareful. I don't like that black hole that your slipping into. I have heard something about humabid, but thanks to all these darn medications, I can't think of what it is now, I will look through my stuff and see what I can find. I try to stop myself from slipping in to deep, I have tried to be strong as my parents always said I was the strong one of the family because I always bounce back, but they don't know how much effort I expend to try and be up in their presence. I don't want them to worry about me. I don't have as many anxiety attacks as I did when I was working, my husband wants me to look into disability, but I'm not ready to give up yet. I hope the St. 's wort works for you Jodi, if not please talk to your Dr. about trying something for the short term anyway. YOu have every right to be depressed with all the meds your on and as sick as you have been, that would do most of us in. I'm sorry this is so long, depression is just something I have learned to live with, I told my Dr. once that I didn't know if I was depressed because I wasn't sleeping good, or if I wasn't sleeping because of my depression, he didn't have the answer either. Jack, if your reading this, it's snowing here (we don't have 4 feet though, thank goodness!!!) and I am supposed to go wade around in the irrigation water this weekend and irrigate my pastures? That will be fun! I'm all for a retreat, lets go just tell me where..... Debbie , Ca 42 uggg it came anyway! ___________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail.
