Guest guest Posted February 28, 2000 Report Share Posted February 28, 2000 Hi , Yep, the diet is this: no fat, low carbohydrates, no sugar, no butter,no salt, no diet sodas, alot of water, alot of fruit and vegetables, fish and chicken. If you want, I can send you a copy of the whole diet, but it will take me some time, I'll put it in 'word' and remind me I promised you this! I lost 20 lbs in 4 months by doing this right off. It then has become a new really healthy way of eating for me. I know the diet sounds sparse, but I am never ravishingly hungry anymore and the sweetness of fruit is great.I learned to like rice cakes too. Also, only cheese I eat is low-no-fat mozarella. It required some discipline at first, but it has become a lifestyle change that works. And yes, when I go to the movies, I do get a little butter on the popcorn as a treat!
