Guest guest
HI AGAIN I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW MY LETTER ON FOOT SURGERY WAS FOR TURNED OUT FEET AND HIGH ARCHES NOT FUSED ANKLES, IVE NEVER HAD THAT DONE AND HAVE HEARD THAT CAN CAUSE ALOT OF PROBLEMS --MONICA Foot Surgery Hi everyone. I visited an orthopedic surgeon yesterday because I was having pain in the side of my foot. I was diagnosed with a stress fracture. I have the typical high arches and my feet fall outward. The doctor wants to perform surgery to put pins in my feet and reset the bones so that my feet will be more normal. He says that if I do not have this surgery I will probably not be able to walk when I am 50--I am 28 now. Anyway I am concerned because the recovery time he says is just a few months but I have heard other patients say it took a year. Has anyone had this type of surgery or does anyone have any advice? Thanks Lori ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please click above to support our sponsor ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
