Guest guest
If there is anyone in the group who has studied or has an understanding of hypnosis and how it works, I'd like to ask you some questions. I had an interesting thing happen while trying to fall asleep listening to music the other night. I think some knowledge of hypnosis might explain it. Thanks, Jill, 46 Payson, AZ http://www.netzone.com/~gunzel/rls.html
Guest guest
I'm not really sure how it works, but I once went to a hypnotist to help me relax and concentrate better when I was working on my Masters degree at night. She taught me how to hypnotize myself and gave me a tape to play that stressed relaxation. During some of the sessions the right leg would sometimes jump. She said she had never seen that happen before. Oh well. The hypnosis did not make my RLS better. Too bad. The best thing I got out of the sessions was that I still use the techniques to help me relax after a long day at school--I'm a teacher.
