I've found that garlic (one of my favorite spices) and salty foods make

my PLMS worse. I've also found that some ingredient in Mountain Dew (not

the caffeine; perhaps the citric acid?) also exacerbates my symptoms.

Then again--given the peculiar nature of this affliction--I'm sure there

are some people who find these foods helpful. Go figure.
