Guest guest
Hello all, I go the neurologist once a year. It does me no good but I get a renewal for my prescription of eleval. Some times I have reflex action, other years none. Also, when I first got a diagnoses of CMT it was from a podiatrist. My primary care physician said I had hammer toes. But they didn't look like any hammer toes I had seen working in the nursing home where I was activities director. While I was walking the a mall I saw a podiatrist's office. I thought " Who should know the most about feet? " He told me he suspected I had CMT and referred me to a neurologist. My mother also has CMT but she always thought she had a problem from spinal anesthesia. Those were the dark ages of CMT knowledge, and that was only 15 years ago.
