Guest guest
My family has always been supportive of my CMT. Perhaps it is because my mom and my older sister have it. My dad has always encouraged me to play whatever sports I can. And as far as I can. And multiple trips to Disney land he has carried me when I have exhausted myself. He knew that I was not fond of wheelchairs, so he carried me. My older sister, who has CMT, has always been supportive. My mom has always been wonderful. She has also encouraged me in sports, but realized when I wouldn't want too. My younger sister, who doesn't have it, makes fun of me in a nice way about it. She doesn't do it meanly. She does try to outdo me alot, like tries to race me and then celebrates when she wins. Ah well, sisters. I have always found that it is outside people who didn't understand as well. It has helped me find who my true friends are. Tehy're the ones that understand. Liz
