Kat ...

That's why I work out so much. Really makes me feel good too. I don't walk

much anymore for exercise, just weight training ... but the endorphins flow

with weight too.

The old axiom, If you don't use, you lose. I don't care if you lift

it, ride it, push it, bend it, what ever, you have got to do a little

something to get in some exercise

Hello the House,

Hi Gwen, 72 yrs young and still working out, God Bless ya. I'm 70 yrs of

age and work out at the YMCA. I'm think I am more fortunate them most

cmter's, although I have the deformed feet and the loss of my fine motor

skills (pincer grasp, etc.) and a list of those other tidbits we all seem to

have, I can still workout.

of that is to 'release' negative stuff.(like who or

what is irritating me!)

My sister gave me her OLD laptop and filled it with all sorts of games and a

Journal program. (Unfortunately it is too old to support the internet).

So when I'm in pain or my mind is too full I pull out the laptop.

I agree, putting your thoughts down in the Journal helps to releasr them

somewhat. jeanie
