Guest guest Posted July 23, 2000 Report Share Posted July 23, 2000 gretchen, journalling is great for stress.when i awaken in the night i pray for others.it helps me relax and keeps me in touch with God. prayers are powerful. no matter what i know God is with me.i keep walking on the gym treadmill even tho my feet hurt and often go numb because i feel better all over when its doneand helps me sleep.i am so glad to find you folks.your courage boosts my spirits. gwen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm think I am more fortunate them most cmter's, although I have the deformed feet and the loss of my fine motor skills (pincer grasp, etc.) and a list of those other tidbits we all seem to have, I can still workout.
