One type per family is the conventional wisdom.

If one CMTer marries another CMTer, and they have different type I don't know

how that would work out with children genetically.

I talked to a woman in Florida a few years ago she said that she and her

husband both had CMT. That their 1 child had weak muscles. He was 20. I got

her phone number from the back of the CMTA mag.
