Heat Surges

Yep, Carolyn, I get what I call 'heat surges'. I am 47, so could be

early menopause, but I have had these off and on for years. In the

winter, I just go outside to cool off. Summer, I just open the fridge

and cool off. These 'heat surges' just come and go, infrequently in me,

no discernable pattern, like some of my other CMT stuff, come and go. I

haven't tracked the 'heat surges' to pain, since I am not in pain most

of the time. The heat surges will happen at rest, though. I'm not

bothered by them, so haven't been to the Dr. about it.
