Guest guest
's message on this topic struck a chord with me because I have have had intermittent tingling in my right arm for 3 months. I have been to a chiropractor and a physiotherapist who have not succeeded in fixing it. The physio sent me to an acupunture practitioner whom I have seen only once so far with no improvement. , are you saying that this could be a Vita B12 deficiency? I have been trying folic acid for a couple of months but not B12. The tingling or pins and needles does seem to be consistent with some degradation in the neck area and it was thought that calcification in the area is tickling the nerve. What do you think? Incidentally, the acupuncture man knew about RLS and claims to have treated it successfully in patients. His theory is that RLS is the result of poor liver function not looking after the bloodstream. Actually he said that the liver cannot hold as much blood as it should, so when you sit or lie down, the blood stays in your legs and that makes you feel restless. I did have difficulty accepting that part of the explanation, but will investigate further and post any progress. , 61, Sydney the Olympic City.
