Guest guest
Ninette, You poor thing......I'm so sorry you are having such a bad episode. When you first start having these, they are a real shocker......but take heart, it does not mean that all attacks will be like this. I almost went to the emergency room a few times before I realized that I just had to stick it out. We really do have to be careful though, to analyze our symptoms and make sure that we are not ignoring something that is not RLS. I've sat here at my computer and cried while I poured my heart out to the group. Somehow it gives you a little comfort to know that there are people out there who will actually know what you're talking about. I had hip pain that was very bad for a long time and only lately have I realized, with all of my other pain, that it is gone. Quite a few in the group have mentioned this before and I don't know if it is actually connected to RLS, if it's a complication, or if it's just coincidence. I'm wondering tonight if the dropping temperature is effecting me. I went to sleep about 12:30 and at 3 I am up also with pain, bad RLS and some nausea. It's not really terrible like yours seems to be, but it's bad enough for me to want it to stop.........fast! Our temperatures in land are going to be a lot cooler through the weekend and I know my arthritis reacts to this. I can never be sure about the RLS. Regardless, I hope by now your bad feelings have passed and that you have settled into some good rest. I figure I'm good for at least an hour before I can try to go back. Toodles!
