Guest guest
Interseting thought Jeff. I had a terrible atack while camping, but that was a time when we took children & grandchildren & I will have to admit it was less than relaxing. In trying to remember, I don't recall on other occasions being very bothered by my RLS while camping. I know that we can easily have RLS without stress, but I have definitely noticed that at the lack of or increase of will most assuredly make a difference. My point being, I am usually VERY relaxed while camping. One of my strangest times without RLS was on a trip my husband and I took to Canada -- 2 weeks of almost constant driving (of course lots & lots of stopping) and I had hardly any problems. At the time I was also taking Zoloft & Ritalin, and we all know what the Zoloft does to RLS , or at least to mne. I had ONE mild spell in the car, and a couple of nights with some fairly mild spells. Again, " my point being " , I was probably the most unstressed I'd ever been in my life. t certainy makes you wonder, because we know that the most " unstressed " person you know could still have RLS, but the " stress " factor does seem to add or detract. Oh well, too tired to think anymore. Ninette
