I used to fall over it before my surgery and my mother broke her foot a few weeks ago because of falling over her toes. And I often had/have problems to get in my shoes because the big toes didn't stretch. Now after the surgery my left big toe is stretched, only the right one is the same as before (but I would say it is a bit better).
