Guest guest
Hi all! I am currently in the middle of a job search and I reaching the point where I am beginning telephone interviews. ly, I am afraid of telling the committees and others about my CMT before I meet them in person. At the same time, I don't want to hide my diasability. I may hate CMT but I am NOT ashamed of it. At my current job, I did not tell anyone about my CMT until I was there for several months and discovered there was another person there with FA. Of course, the job I am presently searching for is more in the public eye. BTW, I am searching for a job as an Associate Pastor in a local church. This will be my first job in the church and I want to present myself as honestly as possible and I don't want to be disqualified (offically or unofficially) because of my CMT. But I don't want to get a job because of it either. How do you go about telling others about your CMT? What are their reactions? Thanks for listening, Devin Ann ===== Devin Ann son RevDev45@...
