Guest guest
I am a fairly new subscriber and although I have been reading the mail for a while, this is my first time to contribute. Seems to be such a variety of meds and methods that work for people, I am amazed. I, too, like others, have been through a whole barrage of things trying to find relief. The only thing that would allow me to get any consistent sleep at all was a combination of Sinemet and Klonipin, but it was never more than 6 hours (on a really good night), and my daytime symptoms became so frequent that I could not relax at all and I hated the way the Klonipin seemed to hang on. When I read about Mirapex in the Night, I asked my doctor to let me try it. It has been the miracle drug for me. I take one tablet of .125 mg around 5:00 p.m. and another around 8:00 p.m. I take a supplement at bedtime that has a combination of Valerian Root, Passionflower, Kava and Chamomile. I sleep a wonderful 8 hours nearly every night now and feel so much better when I awake. I have virtually no daytime symptoms at all. I feel very lucky when I read about the misery some of you are experiencing. Just thought I'd share what works for me--maybe it will help one of you. Thanks, Sue
