Guest guest
Lo, all; One thing I think I've noticed about my symptoms, and I thought I'd see if anyone else had experienced anything similar... I'm a Scout leader, and I've noticed that when I'm camping, my symptoms are a LOT less severe...if not non-existant. Now, that gets me wondering...is it because I'm on fairly hard ground (I sleep on the ground, in a sleeping bag, with a 1-inch foam mattress between my bag and the ground) that I don't have as much trouble? Could it be that my bed is TOO soft? Or could it be that it's related to the amount of caffeine (almost none) that I have when I'm camping compared with the amount of caffeine (approximately 1.5L a day) I have when I'm at home? Another interesting tidbit...I never noticed ANY symptoms until late October of '98, when I went on Zyban to try to quit smoking. At the time, I thought that what I was experiencing was just the normal insomnia that Zyban is known to cause, but the fact is...those same symptoms are what I still have to this day! Cheers!
