Guest guest
I have been bothered with RLS for about a year now. I am not on any type of medication for it; I just live with it. These past two nights have been especially rough on me, as I have a cold and I have been taking cold medicine. Cold medicine seems to really set off the RLS. I cannot take any of the Vicks Formula 44 products, DayQuill or NyQuill, Sudafed, or any of the Tylenol Sinus or Cold products without being kept up nearly all night with my legs. I was curious to know if this sensitivity to medicine varies with the individual. I would also like to know what OTC cold medicines other RLS sufferers have had luck in using? Thank you very much for your information. I appreciate it.

Guest guest
Benedryl is a real activator for RLS symptoms, so avoid that. I take ecenachia (sp?), Goldenseal, zinc lozenges, lots of Vitamin C and chichken soup (liquids), and rest, really rest as much as you can, it does not have to be in bed, but REST. Good luck, Nat Dean, Santa Fe, NM ---------- >From: sriston@... (S.
