Guest guest
: Check out this pharmocological site that I have used many times. I have a Medications Web site linked to my RLS web site at http://www.mLists.net/judson/rls.html and the site for the information on Neurotin (Gabapentin) is http://www.rxlist.com/cgi/generic/gabapent.htm. Hope that this helps. I had good success with Neurontin when I was taking it, and other than a little weight gain, that was the only noticeable side effect that I had. Guest guest
Thanks so much, on and to all of you that have had me in your prayers, sent cards, etc. I am finally on my way back to good health. Seems that this sinus problem has been going on for a long time and there was a lot of infection, scar tissue from previous infections over the years, etc. My doctor had to do some major cleaning up and reconstruction, but I am honestly feeling better physically than I have in a couple of years. Another really strange thing is that I am completely drug-free now for almost a week, except an antibiotic that I'm still taking, and I have had no RLS symptoms in several weeks. I originally attributed this to the strong pain medications that they had me on in the hospital and after the surgery, but I cannot explain why I am still having no RLS attacks. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, I'm just basking in the relief after suffering horribly with this affliction for 20 some-odd years. I am back and getting stronger every day. Hope this finds everybody doing well and getting some restful nights. Your " leader " Jodi " W H Owens, Ph D " wrote: > It was good to see you on the web again, Jody. Guest guest
Jodi, 1) Welcome back. 2) Interesting about the meds... When I've been on antibiotics I often notice a drastic lessening of my Fibromyalgia symptoms. I dont recall any change in RLS symptoms. I'll be interested in hearing others' experiences with antibiotics.
