Yes, the apple cider vinegar plus orange juice gives you a nice slow heart

burn.

I have not tried mixing it with honey.

Here in Vermont a lot of us old folks keep a copy of Folk Medicine by D.C.

Jarvis,MD (he was a doctor up Barre way) and is the one who recommends the

honey-vinegar cocktail. I believe it's still in print and was published by

Holt. An interesting and down to earth book (typical Vermont).
