I gave up the weightlifting. Now I just go on the stationary bike for some exercise and do lots of stretching afterwards. Re gentle exercise: I have recently joined a Yoga class (for those with special needs) and I am really enjoying it. Helps my back and stretches all those tight hamstrings!
