Guest guest Posted January 6, 1999 Report Share Posted January 6, 1999 Coleen Quinine is often used for leg cramps. Before RLS became recognized, many Docs would give quinine for RLS. In most RLS patients, quinine doesn't help their symptoms. Some RLS patients swear by it. It doesn't do anything for PD, but it doesn't usually aggravate PD.
