Guest guest
So I am not the only dutch girl in this group?? Hi Deborah,I got Inhibin 25 years ago. Then I had very mild rls.It never helped enough to sleep. Now I use Permax, it helpes, but not as good as Sinemet did when it still worked. A Dutch rls interest group will probably be founded in 1999. If you want info, mail me. Prettige dag, Marleen, 52, Holland Deborah wrote: > > > Hello everyone, > > I have given into drugs for my RLS. Guest guest
Deborah From what I can find on the Web, Inhibin is a nutritional supplement. I have no idea what the 10 mg refers to. The companies do not give the formula. Inhibin II is also listed and consists of amino acids, vitamins and minerals. The claim is made that it is useful in treating Parkinson's disease, and other maladies. There is nothing in it that you can't buy over the counter at any nutritional store. Guest guest
Deborah, In Holland Inhibin contains mostly quinine and is used for muscle cramps and other disorders of the muscles.Nowadays it is not advised with Parkinson or RLS. The official name is hydrochininehydrobromide-dihydrate. It might be a good idea to take information from the net, like the treatment page of the SCRLSSupportgroup to your dr. Marleen 52 Holland L. Guest guest
Hi Marleen The Inhibin product that I found was from several companies in Australia. Yours makes a lot more sense in that the 10 mg refers to one ingredient. Neither one (quinine or amino acids, vitamins and minerals) has been very good in relieving RLS. Thanks for the information.
