Guest guest
To me, the main thing (well, one of them) folks need to understand about RLS is that we're not mainly talking about " the movement " itself, but the feeling " inside " the limb, usually the legs first and foremost, and then, with many of us, the arms. Mine always starts in the joints, like at my knees, ankles, or wrists, and then goes throughout the entire limb. PLMD is (please feel to correct me folks) when your limbs move during your sleep. This is supposedly disrupptive to your sleep, but I don't really care what my legs are doing as long as I don't feel it. I wouldn't mind if my arms and legs went flying in all directions, if it wasn't accompanied by the horrible sensations of RLS. Jodi's website will lead you to very good descriptions, or should I say definitions, of RLS & PLMD. Ninette / 51/ TN ( Happy to be off the Requip & just taking Xanax, for however long it last.)
