Guest guest
Hi group, Some recent things that have been helping me are : 1. An electric blanket set on low, the warmth is soothing. 2. Recently bought a CONTOUR CLOUD memory foam mattress topper. It cushions and relieves pressure points in legs and my whole body. I got it for arthritis in my shoulders that also kept me awake and woke me up. Shoulders are much better due to less pressure. And it is recommended for people with circulatory problems in their legs. It is advertised on Bloomberg TV and for a twin size was only about 80 dollars. The Swedish original type are horribly expensive. This one needed airing out for a few days before I used it due to foam smell. Now I will never be without one. I just love it. 3. The last two times my rls began in the night, I imagined my guardian angel was giving me a leg massage. I went right back to sleep. It changed the state of mind of " oh no, not again! " to a welcoming of my guardian angel, a positive thing. Hoping my new little straws might provide some comfort and relief to some of you. Happy dreams.........two weeks to WA
