Absolutely, BJ...........!!!

Exercise, of course, is extremely helpful. I'm sorry I left that out.

BTW.......I learned one when I was in bed with a herniated disk that really

helped a lot. You practice filling your stomach with air, squeezing it out as

far as it will go........then you suck it in as far as you can.........sort of

a flip flop movement, I guess........in and out...........supposedly, you are

working your intestines this way and getting them starting to moving. You

just keep doing this for a while every day.

Certainly worth a try.............
