Guest guest
Thanks Sue for your input. I know that after decades of the US government lying to the public about this inoccuous weed, that many people still hold prejudices toward it. I agree that it can be abused as Lamar said, but that holds true for chocolate as well. Hey ... pass the bon bons. )

Guest guest
I agree with you Pot should be made legal for those suffering from neurological conditions. In England the government are doing 'some kind' of research etc, into pot and pain with particular reference to MS sufferers, when and if they get it sorted I'll start shouting about CMT Sue Re: Pot and Pain ... HI, ... I understand completely where you are coming from. My ex wife was exactly the same. She was very straight laced and would never use pot for any reason. She thought such things as pot were immoral ... I fail to see the immorality in reducing or eliminating pain. I think it should be legal for medicinal use. There are some who believe that if it were legalized as medicine, it would present a bad example for others. To them, I would say, in that case, let's take all the morphine out of the hospitals and get rid of all other pain medication ... because they must be setting a bad example too. Take care .. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Guest guest
Yes, ... I have seen folks become psychologically dependent on pot. I used to know a guy who was stoned morning, noon and night. I currently have a friend who is into beer. No joke, he has three beers for breakfast and by the time he finishes work in the afternoon he has downed ten beers for the day. Then after he comes home he drinks another ten beers during the evening. Now, THAT is a LOT of beer ... an average of 20 cans a day. Zowie .... I would be on the floor if I drank more than three. Humans are really amazing, aren't they?
