Hey Group;

Perhaps i missed it....but seems nobody mentioned good ol' fashioned daily

exercise for staying < . I think you will find lots of documentation

proving exercise (and of course fruit and vegetables) is a perfect promoter (!)

of regularity. I know even our nursing homes find this to be true.

Besides, it is wonderful for your entire body/mind/spirit......right?? Knew you

would all agree :))
