I read the list for my mom, who has email but who is easily overwhelmed. I pass on to her what seems important. My mom also has Parkinson's, and I used to read the Parkinson's list for her also but I had to unsubscribe because the " signal to noise " ratio was unacceptable -- for every post of value there are 10 to 50 posts of no value whatsoever. I appreciate the fact that the RLS list has so little " noise. " My mom can no longer benefit from the bits of wisdom that may appear on the Parkinson's list, but since this list isn't like that she can still learn from YOU all. I very much understand that a list like this is a support group and a community as well as an information source, and that a certain amount of personal sharing is needed and valuable. I just want everyone to know that it CAN cross over the line for someone like me. If it does and I have to unsubscribe, the person who loses is my mom. Thanks for all the help you've all provided us so far. Gila
