Guest guest
well since its stopped snowing (almost 4 feet in the past 3 days!!!!!!!!!) my rls has returned ......i've noticed that the neurontin (400mg tid) has been loosing its effectiveness gradually over the past few months and it looks like the next time i see my neurologist (later this month) i'll be looking to augment it or replace it - i'm asking the group for suggestions for the most benign drug possible that might help and even for some alternative methods (hi jill ). i consider my rls/plmd on the mild side since i don't have any pain although its still a giant pain in the b*tt!!!!! i still use my thumper (or is it a chumper) and it does help but the help is transitory.
