well since its stopped snowing (almost 4 feet in the past 3 days!!!!!!!!!)

my rls has returned ......i've noticed that the neurontin (400mg tid)

has been loosing its effectiveness gradually over the past few months and

it looks like the next time i see my neurologist (later this month) i'll be

looking to augment it or replace it - i'm asking the group for suggestions

for the most benign drug possible that might help and even for some

alternative methods (hi jill ). i consider my rls/plmd on the mild side

since i don't have any pain although its still a giant pain in the

b*tt!!!!! i still use my thumper (or is it a chumper) and it does help

but the help is transitory.

Don't bother me. I'm living happily ever after.

right place, but also to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment.
