Hello to all;

To exercise OR not to exercise!

I cannot believe anyone thinks exercise does any HARM to those with RLS/

If i did not walk a mile each day, or if weather does not permit, ride my

recumbent exercise bike OR even stationery running, I would be awake ALL nite!

Granted it is best to NOT do it close to bedtime, but just consider the <

of your body (excluding RLS)and how one benefits from exercise!

NOT doing it, to me, is a cop out!

Great for your heart, health, peace of mind and just all-around makes " ya feel

great! "

Of course.....this is MY opinion....but wow, to knock < form of exercising

is nuts in my book!

No need for hate mail.....just hope this MIGHT encourage someone out there who

is NOT exercising, to try it!

May you all sleep well.....exercise and stay in good health!

Meant sincerely.........

Betty
