Guest guest
Jill and Doreen, The chelated Calcium and Magnesium is from Schiff (I take two tablets), the melatonin is a time-released brand called Melatonex. I've been taking my TwinLab vitamin-mineral supplement at night too, because the B-vitamins are supposed to help promote good sleep. I did wake up at 2:00 am this morning, but at least there's no RLS. I wish I could figure out how to circumvent my circadian rythm, or whatever it is that wakes me up at 2:00 am. I'm walking a mile every afternoon too. I've decided to do everything I can to be healthy before I resort to trying more medications. The augmentation while I was on Sinemet scared me, I think.
