Guest guest
(Hello everyone, I wrote to Universal asking about disabled guest services, this is the response I received - Gretchen) Thank you for your interest in Universal Studios Hollywood. We are sorry to inform you that we do not have motorized wheelchairs or scooters. Sorry for the inconvenience. Universal Studios Hollywood is fully wheelchair accessible. A Disability Pass is not needed at our park. If you need any assistance, or any special consideration while visiting the park, just ask. Stop by Guest Relations for a Disability Guide which will inform you on what to expect at each attraction. When you reach the attraction and find that you need help, just ask the nearest attendant for assistance. Wheelchairs are available for $5.00 at our wheelchair/stroller rental facility located just inside the main entrance. If you need assistance on the day of your visit, please visit our Guest Relations department located just inside the main entrance. If you need additional park information, please call our main line at (818) 622-3801. We look forward to your future visit at Universal Studios Hollywood. Danny G.
