Hello all, can someone tell me in a short answer what the difference is

between Atrophy (which we with CMT have) and Dystrophy (which the people

with MD have). An acquaintance asked me this recently, and I have pulled

out dictionaries and have not come up with much. I just need this short

type answer to be able to explain myself to others and also for my

personal medical file. Thank you in advance!
