Guest guest
I was wondering if anyone else has a stinging feeling somewhere right before the onset of rls. Almost always I have like a sting in my hip-feels like right on the surface. I also wanted to comment on the bed situation. We just got a king size bed last summer and it is really nice. My husband has sleep apnea also so between the two of us we were up all night. He has since gotten a cpap machine - works wonders! And I have found mirapex so we are sleeping wonderfully! What a blessing. I also wanted to comment on the " whether rls can be controlled mentally " - I think that the reason that some mental things can distract (not many) is because I think that I get rls when I reach a certain relaxation point. If the mental activity is intense enough then one doesn't get to that relaxation point so the rls is put off. I also wonder if rls is sort of like pain - different people get it for different reasons (- probably obvious to everyone else, but would explain why we are similar but different). Sure have learned alot from this group! Some folks experience sounds so familiar! Thanks! Chris
