I can relate only too well with your problems of twin beds, adjoining

beds etc. I have Sleep Apnea as well as RLS and twenty years ago we

resorted to my sleeping on the couch so my wife could get a good nights

sleep. It too did a real number on our relationship. We tried

everything, ending up in counseling, which helped some but not with the

sleep situation. After our kids were gone at least I had a bedroom to

sleep in.

There is irony in the situation, now my wife snores so loud I can hear

her in my room. Sorry I can't be more encouraging. I know there are

others in the group who are able to share the same bed.

Good Luck
