Guest guest
Hi there, my name is a and Im from the Czech Republic. I have two wonderful kids, a girl of 3 and a baby son of 3month. I was told by a hip doctor that my son has got an " assymetric face " 3 weeks ago. I went to my pediatrician and she said it will get better and it will go right by itself. But I started to notice that my son prefers right side and always is on his right. So I turned the bed, moved the animals and other toys on the other side. I always try to encourage him to turn his head the " good " way. It seems he has got used to turning his head the other way " the good way " when he sleeps at night(I check on him often during the night with my little paranoia ) Also, I started to burp him over my knee so he learns to hold his head properly. He doesnt like being on his stomach so as you guys advice " tummy time " doesnt work for us yet. My son has got one ear smaller and I think it could be due to this disorder. Im seeing my doc this Thursday again so I want to be ready and question everything and even get a second opinion. Thanks for advice, a Plagiocephaly Moderator <Plagiocephaly-owner > wrote: Hey New Member!
