Hi Dimitrios,

Reiki is a Japanese healing art based on the universal life force. Here

is a site you can look at that tells you all about it. ((the site is in

English, though) http://www.reiki7gen.com the session of Reiki I had on

Saturday was about an hour, it is a very passive and soothing type of

massage and touching. It was very calming. There is a spiritual element,

also an emotional element, for example, the Reiki therapist found that I

have 'stubborness' in my right shoulder, that my torso is full of 'joy'

and that my right knee cannot 'rest'. This is interesting to me because

my right side of the body is more CMT affected than my left. I hope this

explains Reiki a little bit.
